Avdas Chemiflux-102AVDAS Chemiflux-102 is especially designed to use as prefluxing agent in hot-dip galvanizing process in place of mixture of Zinc Chloride & Ammonium Chloride. Its function as de-oxidizing agent and control the zinc consumption.

AVDAS Chemiflux is especially developed flux produced with special tested & reputed brand chemicals & additives & free from Sodium & Calcium salts & have unique property of controlling zinc coating on steel surface in galvanizing process due to its special constituents.

DOSAGE

Flux solution can be prepared by adding flux into the water. It is recommended that the concentration of the flux solution is to be maintained at least 24 (Degree) Be. When once it is prepared it can be used continuously and during production days, addition of flux is to be made as and when required to maintain its Be.

LIFE

Once the flux is prepared it can be used at least 2 to 3 months continuously and only cleaning & checking is required. It is desirable to check the free acid contents regularly, particularly if rinsing is not very thorough. If free acid contents generated in the flux solution is more then 2 gms/Lit it should be neutralized by adding ammonia solution or by putting zinc piece.

SPECIFICATIONS

Chemiflux-102 is packed in 250-kg bags packing with plastic protector.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS

  • Should be stored under the roof.
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with fresh water.

NOTE: Your zinc & product is of very high value. Do not buy low price, substandard chemicals. You may pay much higher price if something goes wrong.
