AVDAS Galvo-Flux-101 is especially developed flux based upon zinc chloride with specific additives and to be used as flux blanket in hot dip galvanizing process. Its function is to reduce Zinc ash and Dross formation thus reduces the Zinc consumption. It also provides uniform Zinc coating on steel surface.

The burnt flux should be removed & fresh additions of flux are to be made as per production. The activity of blanket is judged and maintained by periodic additions.

Galvo Flux-1 01 is packed in 50 kgs packing bags with plastic protector.

STORAGE PRECAUTION

• Should be stored under the roof.
• Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with fresh water
